Bug Description

Using r89 from ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en

<seb128> you press connect, it should send you back to the bluetooth mainpage
<seb128> and then a few seconds later you should get a popup with the pin to type

I do that but no popup ever appears

<seb128> I'm having the same issue in fact
<seb128> it was working 2 days ago
<seb128> so I was checking if you are on rc as well
<seb128> I guess it's a regression there

Works on arale:-

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ system-image-cli --info
current build number: 81
device name: arale
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu.en
last update: 2015-08-06 10:52:16

version ubuntu: 20150806
version device: 20150709-8965e37

I got the popup and connected correctly.

However it didn't work on krillin:-

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ system-image-cli --info

FWIW it also works fine on Nexus 7 running develop-proposed image 275

Didn't the change for bug #1482235 just land?

Sebastien Bacher (seb128) wrote :

@Pat, that change didn't land yet and is a different issue happening where settings is unfocused, here the focus are always on screen. Since it seems device specific I wonder if there is a kernel issue? Also did it work on bq before? (I though I tested earlier in the year but I'm unsure now), Albert said it was already not working with the ota5 image...

Will this now work for all OTA-8 releases? I would like to get one for my BQ Aquaris 4.5. Will it work?
