Bug Description
This has prevented an updated mako tarball from being created
Specifically it has an older version of the apn database from 2014 ( see bug #1434605 ).

Actually, Feb is mis-leading, the current device tarball from mako dates back to 20141117. We believe Feb was just a rebuild of the source package.
