systemd 220 contains back-ported bug fixes for touch screen detection. Mir will need those to migrate to libinput for user input handling with the next release. |
systemd 221 an improved input device detection. This change is vital for mir to switch to libinput, since libinput trusts libudevs decisions on detection touch screens. Mir will switch to libinput in one of the following releases.
Wily already users 220 with a backported version of those changes. To minimze the risk we suggest back porting to 219 which is in vivid. |
