Bug Description
Sometimes after a fresh boot the whole display contents on krillin is shifted one pixel to the right. This bug was hardly every observed in the past, but with stable image r23 the probability of it appearing became much higher, as much as four out of 18 reboots in my case. A reboot usually fixes the problem, but there is a chance that it appears twice in a row.
Note that the problem does not show on screenshots taken using the device itself, so the problem is most likely down in the driver levels.
I don't know of any way to reliably trigger this bug, which complicates debugging.
