Bug Description

From OTA4, the first you run a GPS application, it is not asking permission for the location (and it hasn't permission).
If you kill the app, the next times will not ask either.
You have to reboot the phone, then in the first new run, yes, it will ask for location.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your report. I can reproduce this issue on rc-proposed/meizu.en/arale #50 (with HERE, clock, OSMTouch) but it doesn't happen every time. I couldn't reproduce on same image on krillin.

When it happens (no prompt) the application takes a long time to start.

@costales, could you please indicate on which image/device you started seeing this issue. Thanks.

If I turn Wifi off the prompt is always displayed. Could it be a side effect of bug 1462664?

Hi!
I confirm this is happening in Meizu & BQ and with WIFI = OFF (from a reset to factory).
Best regards!

I think is happening the same with microphone permissions. 'Recorder' app didn't ask me with wifi on
