Bug Description

The PPA used for building Oxide 1.7.8 did not have access to the media-hub development packages, resulting in a build with no media-hub support.

Details can be found in the build log here: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/206930859/buildlog_ubuntu-utopic-armhf.oxide-qt_1.7.8-0ubuntu0.14.10.1_BUILDING.txt.gz

The dependency was removed to avoid an FTBS issue when the media-hub packages were not in main. It needs to be re-added, now that the packages have been MIR'ed.

This is still an issue in 1.8.4 as the PPA used to build it missed the newest libmedia-hub-client 3.1 (which is binary incompatible with 3.0)

The rebuild of oxide made via the CI infrastructure was re-tested and approved by QA. It allows Oxide to connect to MediaHub to dispatch streams. This will be in OTA-6 finally.

There is an issue with MediaHub not accepting HTTPS streams (which is unfortunately what Mixcloud and Soundcloud use): this is addressed in https://code.launchpad.net/~dbarth/media-hub/fix-allowed-uri-scheme/+merge/268343 which is available for testing/landing in silo 21 at this point.
