Bug Description
In the future we will need a "Display(s)" indicator where the user can manipulate how Unity behaves when there's an HDMI-cable connected, or mouse/keyboard. Rotation lock and screen brightness would fit nicely in here.
I propose the indicator be called "Display" and have the following items:
* Brightness
* Rotation lock
* Link to locking behaviour
* Link to power management
