Bug Description
suddenly some app icons disappeared.
They're not showing in the app scope and missing in the left side quick launcher.

phone: bq aquaris4.5 with 14.10 (r21)
I had the same problem several times (bq aquaris4.5 with 14.10 (r21 and r22), it happened after problems with my wlan connection. I had to restart the phone a few times (restart took ages). After deactivating wlan for a restart everything was ok again. Maybe just randomly? Additional the icons disappeared when switching off the notification for the memory sd card (32GB), but this occured onyl with r21.
