firewall support missing from the phone kernels

while we ship ufw in preparation of network confinement for apps, none of the product phone kernels have any firewall support enabled nor do they ship the needed modules due to the fact the they do not get the typical config review an archive kernel would get.
we need to enable generic ubuntu bits that apps excpect to be in every ubuntu kernel and the kernel needs to get regular reviews for config changes and features that are expected by userspace processes for the respective running rootfs release.
