audio recording does not always work

The problem is that it works 1 out of 5-10 times, and I have no idea why. Seems like when I start QAudioRecorder, it gets stuck on requesting the audio to be recorded (status = QMediaRecorder::StartingStatus). The times that it works it going from starting to recording.. and then I can record audio and playback.

QAudioRecorder has an error() method, but that is returning always QMediaRecorder::NoError.

Hence, I am starting to suspect it is a bug on the middleware rather than my app.

If you want to try it, here is an attached click, try:
* record
* stop
* press playback
If you dont hear anything, it didnt work. Close the app and try again.. sometimes works 5 time is a row, sometime 1 in 10...
