Bug Description

On the desktop the standard folders for content in the user's home directory are created with their names in the language that was configured for the system at install. e.g. (Muisc, Videos, Documents,...)

On the phone these folders are always named in English. These should possible be created in the language selected during the System Settings Wizard.

This is normally done on the desktop by /etc/xdg/autostart/user-dirs-update-gtk.desktop.

It's gtk-based because if the user changed languages, they are asked if they want to rename the directories or keep them as-is.

John, can you comment on design and UI to handle this?
We could prompt on the settings change as to whether the user wants these changed, and rename either then or on next boot

A previous decision related to app confinement and security considerations led to not renaming the files on disk.

This is mainly a use case to fix for MTP.

This should already be ready to work, just missing translations. I see there are already calls to gettext for the naming of the directories.

I'm unassigning myself, it's unlikely there is still much work to be done there besides translations in Launchpad.
