[desktop] mediaplayer-app toolbar is not easy to reveal

Bug Description
When running the application in desktop mode there are several problems with the toolbar.
1) When opening the application the toolbar is hidden and difficult to reveal (it reveals with a click on the main frame, which is not consistent with the rest of the applications). It should be shown by default.
2) When a file is stopped the toolbar should show, hiding when a file is playing.
3) Moving the cursor (or touching the screen) while a file is playing, should be enough to reveal the toolbar
