MAAS needs an excellent logo and favicon

MAAS is coming together very nicely. I look forward to firing it up and trying new charms regularly. But it always surprises me that the browser tab for MAAS has no favicon.

So, MAAS needs a great logo and favicon to match.

Here's a version of the SVG which is probably what we want for the web page - white circle with orange detailing. Let's replace the "home" with it.

Finally, this version is white only. Use this in presentations on an enterprise (aubergine) background.

Thanks. Sorry that the .ico format is so bad for large PNG's, but
apparently that's the only way to do it that works across all browsers :(

Setting released for MAAS since it does have the icon/logo now. Whether it's excellent or not is up for grabs :)
