Full screen video playback has display problems

Bug Description
When trying to play a video and double clicking the window area to instigate full screen playback, some of the screen goes black, other parts do not change. I've also had the same situation with just a black box, around 1/4 of the screen size being displayed. These screen problems persist when you press the <esc> key and move to another menu.
