Sorting of Pulldown Menu Groups in Teacher Gradebook

In the teacher gradebook, the competency groups in the pulldown menu should be sorted as follows:

1) CORE competency groups (in the order of the list)
2) Supplemental groups (alpha-numeric)

CORE competencies do appear first in the pulldown menu of the teacher gradebook, but supplemental/additional groups do not sort alpha-numerically according to the course and group title.

The supplemental groups appear to be trying to sort by local ID.

- Section SCR Archive (PDF)
- 'View Competencies' view for courses and sections

Douglas, let me add that this sorting really helps. Just look at the course
"Animal Science Technical" to see how many different groups of comps are in
there. Better sorting really makes a difference!
