Incorrect title at the top of course-level assignment setup page

Bug Description
When you are logged in as a teacher and go to Setup then select Assignments then select Course-level assignments and then select a course you see a list of assignments for that course. At the top of that page there is a title that says "Assignments:". That should be changed to "Assignments for course_name:" where course_name is the name of the course you are in.
