Incorrect title at the top of summary page

Bug Description
At the top of the summary there is a title that says "Here is a summary of your recent activity". That should be removed and the little text below it that says "My Sections" should be moved into that title position. So in the end there should be a title that says "My Sections" and then the list of sections starts.
