Need print view

There needs to be a print view when logged in as a teacher for the section gradebook, skill driver gradebook, individual student gradebooks of skill drivers (when you go to grade a skill driver and then click on an individual student's name to show this view), and competency lists.

For a student, there needs to be a print view for their competency scores for a skill driver and competency lists.

Print views should have horizontal lines between competencies for the individual student gradebooks of skill drivers and the competency lists.

Print views should have horizontal and vertical lines for the tables of the section gradebook and skill driver gradebook.

The section gradebook and skill driver gradebook should also have room within the cells to add-in (by hand) new numbers or changes. Basically just a little room to the right of the competency score within each cell.
