Search box to find keywords in global competency list

When you go to associate competencies there should be a search box at the top of the page. You should be able to look for keywords in course names, competency group names, and competency descriptions. The results should be a mix of courses, competency groups, and competencies. You should be able to click on a course or competency group to go into it and see the list of groups/competencies under it. You should also be able to assign something from the results list right there.
