Sections tab does not stay selected

When you click on the Sections tab it takes you to a list of your sections and the Sections tab becomes highlighted with a darker gray background. When you click on a specific section the Sections tab is no longer highlighted. If you keep going further into Evaluations, Messages, or Competencies it will continue to not be highlighted. However, if you go to Skill Drivers, the Sections tab will become highlighted again. It should stay highlighted as you go to your main section page, evaluations, messages, and competencies as well.
