Bug Description
The pending list of messages are sorted by the name of the student. They should be sorted by the date messages were submitted like a queue. The earliest message should be placed at the top and stay at the top until it is reviewed. Each submitted message after should be place at the end of the queue.

Actually I think pending list of messages should first be sorted by people like it currently is but then sorted by date with the latest message at the top. We ran into this little issue when students submitted a message about a competency they fulfilled but then would send another message about the same competency saying they moved the related content to a different site and then that they changed the content to include slightly other material and then another that they renamed it. I wanted to see the latest message they had about that competency so I didn't try to first go to a website that used to be where the student pointed me and then do content that used to be correct and so on.
