Hi,
If I good understand how the process of saving a photo location, for now: while taking photo, camera app ask system for last known location (doesn't matter if there is a gps fix or only approximated place) and save it in exif data. Obviously that process can cause saving wrong location.
My proposal of fix:
While taking photo, system should start to get GPS fix, and when achieved, save that data to exif. But there appear a problem - it may results a long loop (i.e. we're in a building and GPS signal cannot be achieved). Solution for that: asking for GPS fix should have some time deadline - after that, system stops looking for GPS fix (I think 20 second after start) and save last known location.
