Bug Description

current build number: 169
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed
last update: 2014-11-24 21:39:51
version version: 169
version ubuntu: 20141124
version device: 20141119-db417fa
version custom: 20141119-442-21-160

Install, open and use uTorch, then try opening the camera-app, you'll see that the app will fail to use the camera (probably because uTorch is using a piece of that).

We should show something to the user indicating that the app can't use the camera hardware probably because another app has a lock on it, or similar, so he knows he needs to close those other apps before using the camera.

On Android I get the following message, when trying to use the camera-app after enabling flashlight from an external app:
'Camera error
Can't connect to the camera.'

I believe the API that uTorch uses to access the flash light should enforce releasing the flash light when uTorch is going to the background.

Would also be nice to handle the case when the hw itself fails (or the camera-service is dead). Not sure we're doing that either.
