[mako] camera view is cropped from the right side

Bug Description
When I open the camera i see on the right side of the camera preview there is a grey area which looks like something displaced
1. open camera on mako

At the moment I don't have a mako device, so I can't reproduce this bug.
My current hypothesis is that on mako the screen resolution and the camera resolution are different, and they are different in a way that requires the camera image to be centered horizontally in the screen, and there's a bug in the centering code.
On maguro they are different too but the centering has to happen vertically, which is probably why the bug hasn't been uncovered yet.
