No more click sound when taking pictures since we disabled audioflinger

Bug Description
Since we disabled audioflinger support for native pulseaudio, we also lost the click sound when taking pictures in the camera app.
This happened as the android camera service was also taking care of the click sound playback, which we had to disable in order to disable audioflinger.
This logic now needs to be part of the camera-app, or the plugin itself.

I'd say it should be done in the plugin, as in some countries or regions, feedback sounds are mandatory during camera operation.
