description:
[camera] The camera switch button should not show on the UI for devices with one camera (i.e. n7)
Steps:
1. open the camera app
2. observe the camera switch button displays and does nothing
Expected results:
Camera switch button should be displayed in 'inactive' state - change opacity to 0.5
Actual results:
The camera switch button shows and does nothing when tapped.

Ugo - can we try an "inactive" version of the icon by changing the opacity to 0.5 or less?

The same solution should be used when the phone doesn't have a flash - display an inactive version of the icon

camera switch button is hidden on desktop mode for now. todo still is to make this dynamic based on camera capabilities

Should we just display nothing in the place where the button should be ? Needs some design input on how the camera app should look in this case.
