Description:
[camera app] screen should flash white when picture is taken with face cam
If it's dark the face cam takes pictures that are very dark, if the screen flashed white when taking a picture it would look better.

This has made a regression I believe.
A) If you disable the flash and are using the rear facing camera - the screen flashes towards you still
B) I have visited a Museum that disallows any flash photography, just the flashing of the screen was enough to get yelled at for using flash...
