save to disk results in error

Bug Description

running ms windows 7 64bit connected to iPad2 running OS 4.3. After reading books on iPad2 device memory and requesting save to disk & choosing a book with a requested output folder of "c:\temp\books" then , i get the following error. I get a similar error regardless of which book i choose for save to disk.

calibre, version 0.8.33
ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'C:\\Temp\\books\\iTunes/"Cujo" - Stephen King.epub'

Apple doesn't allow copying eBooks from an iDevice. I added an error handler to report this to the user when attempting to do so. The patch has been submitted.

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
