Change font size with CTRL+Mousewheel

Suggestion:

Allow user to change the font size with CTRL+Mousewheel combo.

All Windows applications have this feature, which is very fast and convenient.

The font size of the text in the eBook reader.
(The same control changes ALL text in the page: Headings and normal paragraph text).

Currently there are two buttons on the left toolbar that allow the user to increase/decrease the font size.

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
