folder_device should not impose format restrictions

Bug Description

I have lots of djvu files in my calibre database. I'm trying to sync them with a SD card mounted via a card reader. The folder_device that manages the SD card does not recognize djvu as a valid format, and prevents me from syncing those files. I believe folder_device shouldn't impose format restrictions.

The folder device will now accept any extension that is listed in calibre's general book extension list (ebooks.BOOK_EXTENSIONS). The djvu extension is already in that list.
