[enhacement]change picture when the kindle is detected

when the kindle device is detected in calibre if we have kindle 3 so the picture of the old kindle (i think kindle 2) appear in the top of program so the picture thumbnail which appear in top of program when the device is detected in calibre could be changed to represent kindle 3 so the program will appear more up to date and owners of kindle 3 will be delighted that the picture represent more the kindle 3 actual picture

calibre uses the same driver for the kindle 2/3/DX, so there is no way for it
to distibguish between them. But if you send me an icon of the Kindle 3 I'll
be happy to update calibre to use it instead of the current icon.

A suitable image needs to be one without any borders/shadows. Remember that the image will be displayed at a much smaller size in calibre.
