Ignored paragraph spacing in LRF output

Bug Description

LRF output ignores CSS-instructions regarding spacing between paragraphs, e.g. p { margin-bottom:8pt; } should result in a noticeable space between two paragraphs but it doesn't work.

This bug was reported earlier ( http://oldbugs.calibre-ebook.com/ticket/1881 ) and got closed by "Trickery" with resolution "worksforme". It doesn't work in current versions (tested with 0.7.5.4) though.

LRF output is deprecated and no longer maintained. Use EPUB instead.
