Layout button doesn't activate options

Clicking on the bottom right 'Layout' button doesn't launch / offer usual options - so unable to use cover view etc.
The 'Layout' button does animate to grey box on rollover/hover. Left clicking has a flicker.
The 'Jobs' button to the right works fine.

BTW the shortcuts to toggle 'Main window layouts' such as 'Cover Grid' (alt+shift+G) etc are all working fine.

This is a bug in Wayland, as always I strongly recommend not using
Wayland, it is full of bugs. Use X11 and you will be fine. Or
alternately got Preferences->Look & feel->Main interface and enable the
individual layout buttons which will work around the issue.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
