Setting custom icon for category doesn't work

Bug Description

Right-clicking on the category and choosing "Change (category name) category icon" doesn't work. After click nothing happens.
Changing is allowed only for subcategories not for main category.

Calibre v. 7.25
sytem: Ubuntu 24.04 with KDE 5.27.12.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
