series mapping rules dont save

Bug Description
Alt+d -> Configure download -> Create rules to transform ... -> Series
When I try to create new series mapping it does not save. After reopening window the rules list is empty once again.
It works correctly for publishers and authors.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
