Bug Description

Ever since upgrading to v7.13, I get an error when trying to merge books. Here's the info from the message:

Was there something I needed to do as part of this upgrade? Is there anything I can do to fix this now that I have updated? Thanks!

Thanks! I can merge again, but unchecking the box to show the confirmation every time has no effect. So I need to confirm every merge. Annoying, but livable. Thanks again!
