[Enhancement] Merging Books: Copy cover of second book to data files

Bug Description
Two purposes for this:
a) Users who like to save alternative covers don't have to go through the extra step of copying them manually first.
b) If a user merges books in the wrong order, this makes it easier to sort it out without restoring the other book from caltrash.
Perhaps make it an option, either a tweak or a suppressable popup dialog.
