Bug Description
While I love being able to set a calibre catalog to only print the shown columns, it is still a lot of work to get the columns in the order so the .csv is nicely formatted. I have vision problems and being able to see the individual column names in the generator is difficult. It would be great if there was a way to have the list of columns automatically match the sorting as shown in the booklist. To go in and manually move them around each time is a lot of work.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
