Bug Description
When closing calibre with the quickview window open and docked, it will always reset when calibre is reopened - i.e. column widths are always set back to default.

It works for me. Steps:
1) Ensure the QV pane is docked.
2) Change the width of the first column.
3) Exit and restart calibre. The first column is still the new size.
4) Undock the QV window.
5) Dock the QV window. The size is still correct.
6) Exit and restart calibre. The size is still correct.
My suspicion is that you have permission problems in your calibre configuration folder preventing calibre from writing the QV geometry.
