[Enhancement] Two enhancements to 'Browse notes' window

Two enhancements for the Browse Notes window, if feasible:

a) On the left pane list, some additional styling to make the title more distinct from the text. Bolding the title might work, or changing the colour of the body text.

b) Like the annotations browser, an option to restrict to the selected book(s).

a) I looked at this and I cant fond a good way to do it. bold and italic
are already taken for search match and section title highlights. That
leaves using a different color, and that looked pretty bad in my
testing.

b) Notes aren't associated with books but with metadata items like
tags/authors/etc. So what's the use case for restricting to particular
books?
