[Enhancement] Viewer: show Page/Flow mode in Header/Footer

Bug Description
Even if the toolbar is shown, there is no obvious indication of the current mode (Page or Flow), the fine line around the scroll icon is barely visible on hi-res displays. Besides which, the toolbar is optional and hidden by default.
My suggestion is to provide an option (Viewer Mode) in the Header and Footer Left/Centre/Right drop downs to show the current mode, i.e. show the the word "Page" or "Flow" - they would be translated of course.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
