Bug Description

If I try to open my Library on my Tolino Vision 6 via Calibre, the devices Library is shown as emtpy despite being filled with books.
I have this issue on both Linux and MacOS with Calibre 6 and 7.
A recent diagnose report is attached to this message.

Tolino saves its books inside of a file structuer in the `.tolino` folder.
Calibre / MTP seems to ignore this folder completely as seen in line 40 of the diagnose log: `MTP: Ignored object: .tolino`

I would love to debug this with you all in order to restore functionality for all Tolino users.

All the best :)

Why on earth would they put their library in a hidden folder? Nowadays,
calibre ignores all hidden folders on MTP devices (those starting with
a period). You should still be able to see any books you send to the
tolino with calibre. I suppose I can add a special exception for a
hidden folder named ".tolino", sigh.

Thank you very much !

I have no clue why they are producing such a mess there.
They also split up everything in several locations. No idea why. But Tolino cloud synced books are now in `.tolino/epub/`
