Bug Description

Currently the sizes of images in comic books are confined by the viewer window width and height. This isn't convenient, because the images are displayed too small (see the attached picture for illustration).

I see two ways to make it better:
1) an option to fit window width for images.
2) an ability to zoom images in.

Calibre version: 6.28,
OS: Windows 10 Home.

I just figured out the issue can be somewhat solved with double-clicking on images and viewing them in separate windows, where they can be zoomed. The only problem with that is that the zoom value isn't remembered between the images. Shall I open a new bug for that?

THe viewer in general is not designed for fixed layout content/comics
and the like. You are much better off using a dedicated comic viewer for
comics. THose have support for moving by panel, etc.

Will you enable keeping the zoom value between images? With that option it will be quite convenient (for me at least) to view comics in the viewer, no dedicated comic viewer will be needed.
