Bug Description
When "allow only a single instance of the viewer" is enabled, there's still the occasional time when having a second instance would be helpful. A parameter to open a second instance would be useful - it could be put on a desktop shortcut, for example, or perhaps use Action Chains or Open With plugins to open a book in a new instance.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
