E-book viewer: incorrect ToC item gets highlighted

Bug Description

1. Open the attached file, "book2.fb2", in the viewer.
2. Press Ctrl+t to enable the table of contents.
3. Click on the "Annotation" ToC item. Note that along with "Annotation", the "18" item (at the very end of the ToC) gets highlighted.

Calibre version: 6.27,
OS: Windows 10 Home.

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.

Sorry replied to wrong ticket accidentally, but those steps dont reproduce the issue for me. 18 remains unhighlighted after clicking on Annotations.

Turns out it's only reproducible with my viewer settings. I'm attaching my "viewer-webengine.json", will you have a look?

FWIW, the issue is not reproducible if the viewer window is maximized.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
