Bug Description

epub to pdf conversion - Chapter One's title and image background is duplicated on all subsequent chapters. The table of contents is correct.

Calibre Version: 6.26
MacBook Pro: Ventura 13.5

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
