have every column be ticked or unticked instead of doing them all manually

Helpful when trying to manage the booklist column sort and when trying to see every column at once in the booklist. Or in the case of unticking all at once, its easier to untick them all and only tick a few at a time depending on what view you are looking for. A nice way to start a new session of managing views.
