Bug Description

Hello, when I click "Visit content server in broswer", calibre didn't launch broswer to visit content server.
I must launch broswer and visit the content server manually.

calibre just passes the URL to the OS, after that it has no control what
happens. Presumably something on your machine is preventing those URLs
from opening. I can tell you it works fine on my windows machine.
Typical culprits could be broken file associations or an overzealous
antivirus/firewall/security software.

I think I may find the real problem.

When I new install latest calibre-portable to another place, I think I may find the real problem, it is a *bug*. The bug is in calibre settings -> Sharing on the net -> "Advanced" tab -> "The interface on which to listen for connections".

The default settings is "0.0.0.0", it is listen to all IPv4 address, "Visit content server" is works correectly.

I want to set it to let content server also listen IPv4 and IPv6 address, so I set the value of "The interface on which to listen for connections" is "::" according to the tips in title, and save. When I start content server, and click "Visit content server", it is doesn't works.
