Enhancement Request: Menu option to clear Calibre trash

Alongside the convenience, this would also expose it for use in both Favourites menu and Action Chains plugins.

In particular, Action Chains has an event manager. Setting it to run on Calibre shutdown (or a timer, though I think this may be bad for performance) could be a workaround for people who prefer not to use the trash bin at all (see https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=353647)

Alternately, 'clear bin on Calibre shutdown' may work for use-cases like that - where someone opens the library manager sporadically, adds a book, does some processing, saves to disk/sends to device and then deletes it. If they don't do this every day, the 1-day bin clear can sit around for while.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
