[content server] Disable fulltext search activation via web interface

Before, from the content server it was not possible to activate the full-text search, now it is.

Though it could be useful for some users, I would like this feature to be enabled only via the main Calibre interface. Please make it optional (via a tweak setting?)

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.

You can't even disable this on the content server. It is too much a problem for me, it may force me to stop the server as it just keep indexing, overloading the storage, just because my wife accidentally uses this feature.

I can look at adding a control to the server interface to disable the full
text when it is enabled. If that's not too much trouble to implement I
will add it.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
